February 16, 2015 Dear Friends, We hope this letter finds you well and you enjoy looking through our year-end review brochure. 2014 marked another year of improvement in our company’s volume, project count, and overall performance. The commercial construction industry in our area, where not robust, is continuing to show a slow upward trend. Our diversification efforts have borne fruit. We have gone into the heavy civil side of General Contracting and Construction Management. Currently the civil work backlog is the lion’s share of the total. As we look forward to 2015, we are excited about some of the technology upgrades, and improved delivery methods in the mix. We believe these will enhance the value we bring to our clients. We see many young talented employees moving up the ranks to help raise the bar as to our total quality proposition and will make us stronger as a company. As is always the case, we owe our deep gratitude to our loyal clients, the design professionals and subcontractors with which we work, and our friends in the communities we serve. The basic tenets that are the foundation of our mission statement are as true today as they ever were – providing the finest professional construction services while giving our clients real value for their dollar. The new partnerships and strategic alliances we have fostered in the recent years give further opportunity moving forward into 2015.We are better equipped than ever to handle the opportunities that are on the horizon, have the finest field staff with deep local resources to cover any construction need, and we have a great capacity in our project management ability and pre-construction services. 2015 brings with it many opportunities and challenges. I know together with your help we will overcome any obstacles and prosper in the years to come. Thank you all for all you have done for us through the years and we very much look forward to working together 2015 and beyond. All the Best,
David Dale and the entire O-A-K team.
