THE STAG SHOOTING SEASON HAS BEGUN… As of the

PICKS OF THE MONTH

1st July the Scottish Red Deer stag season started. We believe now is the best time of year to get it on your menu. Again we are working with Les Waugh and his son Rhuraidh, who collect Deer from numerous estates all over the highlands and process them for us at their Scottish Wild Venison Assured processing unit in Ross-shire.

BACK TO BASICS - INVERLOCHY VINTAGE SMOKED SALMON…. Finally a quality smoked salmon at a sensible price. NEW ROUTES.. Keeping it Green Eric Walton comes to us with our cheese from The Isle of Mull once a week and usually leaves with an empty van. We have put our heads together and Eric is now able to offer our range to all those hard to reach places on the Argyll Coast and Islands. Keeping his van full on the journey back to Oban and reducing both our carbon footprint. Great!!
