THE STAG SHOOTING SEASON HAS BEGUN… As of the

PICKS OF THE MONTH

1st July the Scottish Red Deer stag season started. We believe now is the best time of year to get it on your menu. Again we are working with Les Waugh and his son Rhuraidh, who collect Deer from numerous estates all over the highlands and process them for us at their Scottish Wild Venison Assured processing unit in Ross-shire.
