Shipton Mill range expansion… We are now offering an extended range of world class bread flours from Shipton Mill in Wiltshire. Tracing its roots back to the dooms day book 1339, today they are leading the way in milling, encouraging local farmers to use traditional lower yielding strains of wheat they are reaping the benefits of the improved nutritional content. We now offer a strong T55 bread flour, fine wholemeal, spelt and organic cake flour all in £25kg sacks.
