Developed Modified Automation Assessment

Score to evaluate requests to guide how they should be prioritized & to reconfirm if they should be automated

Implemented high-availability add-on for UiPath Production environment and Insights analytics tool

The Accomplishments: HUB team

Went live with The HUB on June 7 with the help of KPMG

Successfully transitioned support from KPMG to internal admin team

Continued to manage The HUB using agile methodology, including having monthly sprints to release new build and changes to Production

Implemented Now Agent mobile app

Went live with on-call schedules

Upgraded to Quebec version

Updated permissions for 6.5k SharePoint items in preparation of Rush go-live in Q1

Created process allowing employees, patients, and visitors to electronically submit Daisy nominations for North LA

Formed and implemented Power Platform (Power App and Power Automate) governance plan

Hurricane Ida response:

• Home sharing and Employee Assistance Form in SharePoint

• Hurricane Team A/B Hotel Accommodation Signup in SharePoint

• Hurricane Ida Insurance Claim Documentation in SharePoint

Identified over 250 SharePoint sites no longer needed & over 500 SharePoint sites needing update to Site Owners, as part of Site Owner Audit

10 – SharePoint sites created for Ochsner Resource Groups

~80 - OLG SharePoint sites migrated to OH tenant

Updated SharePoint page on Business Productivity Tools Training site with more educational resources on performing tasks within SharePoint

Proactively rebuilt .NET apps that were on versions that would be reaching end of support in 2022, using most recent version

Completed prep work for upgrade from Sharepoint 2013 on-prem to SharePoint 2019 on-prem (scheduled in January)
