The Projects

HUB Go Live

• Worked with other IS teams & End users to support the HUB go live.

• Developed script to help with importing existing KB content into the HUB.

Covid Test & Vaccination Sites

• Assisted field teams with technology deployments.

Active Directory Deployment Tool

• Developed a tool to facilitate AD deployments, OU moves.

• Enabled field teams to be more self sufficient with deployments and moves.

SolarWinds Map Functionality

• NOC Intern team performed a complete refresh of SolarWinds Map functionality to help make map use more intuitive.

IDA Support

• Acted as a central point of communication for IS Teams & Leadership via continuous bridge lines.

• Gathered and provided information relating to site and infrastructure status.

RUSH Go Live

• Worked with implementation teams to ensure needed devices were functional and available.

OLG O365 Outlook Go-Live

• Provided support for users being migrated during this go live.
