A highlight of the March 25th meeting is a review of a new competencies document created by the WMC Board of Governors. The e-document, targeted to automotive suppliers, provides recommendations and high-level guidance on the skills and competencies needed for successful warranty professionals and warranty departments. Council membership is available to the senior executives or functional managers responsible for warranty or the warranty process of OESA supplier member companies.
