CONTINUING STUDIES REFUND POLICY Non-certificate Course Withdrawal Refund requests must be made at least two business days (48 hours) prior to the course start date. No refunds are issued for requests received with less than two business days’ notice. Students may withdraw by phone, fax, email, mail or in person. Special refund polices apply to courses where indicated. Check the policy when registering. Non-certificate courses with tuition fees of $500 or more will have a five business day refund policy unless an exception is made by the Director.
