The program features 4 online courses delivered in a flexible online format followed by work-integrated learning. Complete all components to receive a certificate or take any of the online courses on a standalone basis.

Students engage in a faculty-supported field placement over a nine-month (850 hour) term of employment. During this time students will work with an industry mentor and engage in skill development based on an approved personalized student learning plan.
