The Kitchen needed updating and the homeowner wanted to expand their Kitchen area out into their backyard. All new tile floor, granite counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, lighted backsplash, and Roger Schuller paint replaced an aging kitchen. Another aspect of the Kitchen was a new hidden pantry. The addition added extra room for the homeowner’s dogs to play including a doggy wash area and all new stamped concrete out into the backyard. This is very possibly the nicest Kitchen job we have ever done.

Apollo Building Corp. “Can I take out this wall?”

That was the question presented to me by a past home owner who had purchased an Apollo Building Corp. spec villa nearly eight years ago. Since I have a hard time saying “No” to anyone who calls and simply asks for advice I made an appointment to stop over. Once I arrived and we spoke I knew what could and could not be done. I transmitted this information onto my homeowner. Getting ready to leave he asked me, “Would you do this for us?” This caught me by surprise but within an hour we’d come to terms.
