Through the years there’s been a few exceptions but, usually, all surf events schedualed to Carcavelos end up at Guincho.The TVI Cascais Pro started, as it was supposed, at the most urban beach of Portugal. But soon enough it was moved to the back up location where the new generation continued to rule and Vasco Ribeiro took another win!
