The amazing sandbar that had settled on Guincho Beach was already celebrated for months, and remained flawless until he arrival of the Allianz Cascais Pro 2013.
This would be the last stop of the League MOCHE and, despite perfect conditions, it was not easy for competitors because the strong current hindered the arrival at the take off spot.
The Allianz Cascais Pro would also be the deciding stage of the league title in both the male and female categories. In the men’s race was still between three surfers, despite the fact that local boy, Frederico Morais, had big advantage. For the girls the win was between two very young surfers, Carina Duarte and Teresa Bonvalot. As the race progressed, champions were set and once again Guincho Beach was a worthy stage for the best surfers in the country.
