Welcome to the Access World Brand Guideline documentation. This document has been prepared to help you with using the Access World brand, and creating a uniform brand experience to our users across all the platforms. Refer to this document while creating web, interactive or print materials for Access World.

Colours Access Blue, or the “Electric Blue” is our hero colour. It signifies access to technology and the dawn of innovation. The Sky Blue accent represents friendliness and affordability.

Our Logo Access World logo is a circular disc, with a sky blue accent and the words “access” and “world” engraved inside the disc. There are no further logotypes attached.


Sizing The Access World logo is a circular logo. The height of the logo is always equal to the width of the logo.

Smallest recommended diameter of the logo is 20mm.

Spacing For each “Y� sized logo, the spacing around the logo must be Y/5. Eg. 50mm width and 50mm height logo would have a 10mm margin in all sides.

Do not use the logo without the circular disc and the accent.

Do not use the logo against our base colour.

Do not skew, rotate or stretch our logo.

Maintain the spacing guideline and do not bring objects too close the logo.

Iconography The Access World brand and the stationery use iconography to denote services, products or features provided by the company. The icons used should be unique, have a personality and should enhance the branding experience.

Photography The photographs in the Access World communication materials must reflect the brand keywords, and must be welcoming to the customers. Do not use stock photos, generic product photos or headshots that do not communicate the brand message.

Tone and Pitch The text in the communication materials, as well the the verbal communication of Support and Sales staff to customers must reflect the promise the brand carries. Communication may be done in English as well as Nepali languages.
