Kelly Lafferman and Kelly Rogers, CMO/ Principal and VP of Client Services, respectively, partner to manage client relationships and lead teams at Findsome & Winmore, a full-service marketing agency based in Winter Park. Their combined marketing experience has seen them work with local and global brands, real estate heavyweights, and even the 1996 Olympic Committee. But their passions outside the conference room have seen them embark on individual quests for professional (and personal) development.

For Kelly Lafferman, this meant heading back to the classroom and earning her MA in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Rollins College — a passion ignited after an impactful therapeutic experience of her own. This deeper understanding of clinical psychology has strengthened her connection to clients, all while making her a more thoughtful and empathetic leader at F&W and in her community. Kelly Rogers, on the other hand, recognized the critical role physical spaces can play in an increasingly digital marketplace and followed a personal passion to earn her certification in environmental branding. findsomewinmore.com
