Their story: Devon and I met at orientation of the Disney College Program. He says it was love at first sight for him, but I took a little bit longer to convince. We bonded over our love of theme parks, movies and traveling, and have been inseparable since we met in February 2017.

The proposal: We went on a trip to Disneyland and had an intimate proposal in our hotel room at the Grand Californian followed by a public proposal in front of the castle. Devon knew I wanted the proposal to just be me and him but he could not help himself and spontaneously proposed at Disneyland, Disney World, Tokyo Disneyland, and on the Disney Wish Cruise Ship.

Ceremony and reception: Our ceremony, reception and after party were at the Four Seasons Resort Orlando. We wanted our wedding day to be very welcoming for our guests and it was important that all our events that day were at the same venue. Our reception was truly a winter wonderland with beautiful trees, candles, and navy, silver and white touches.

Personal thoughts: I felt very relaxed and ready for the day! We did not have to rush at all with hair and makeup, even with deciding at the last minute to include a first look before the ceremony. This was one of the best decisions of the day since it helped both of our nerves so much and we could really enjoy ourselves and be present at the ceremony and get to go to our cocktail hour!

Where they are now: We live in Winter Garden with our two pugs, Peanut and Butters. I work at Disney World in guest relations and Devon works at UCF running their film equipment room.
