INTRODUCTION -We did a project about eating habits in our English class. The steps we followed are: 1st.We started the individual part. ●

We had to write our food routine of one week.

We wrote the proteins, fats and carbohydrates that we had.

Finally we got a conclusion about our food diary.

2nd.We interviewed our parents, some teachers and students. ●

First in our houses we recorded our family's interviews and then we passed it to a questionnaire.

And then each group was assigned two teachers and two students

CONCLUSION My diet is good because I have vegetables and fruit but it is bad because I have, candies, popcorns‌ I have to keep eating fruits and vegetables, eat a little more fish and eat less can popcorns, candies‌

CONCLUSION I think my diet can be improved, but it's not that bad. I also think that I eat proportionally because my breakfast and my dinner are healthy. But I think the weekends I have to eat less fats.



Friday 26th: Breakfast: Orange juice. Milk. Biscuits. Lunch: Croquetes (jam,flour,milk,spinach,carrots ,pumpkin,onion and garlic). Pasta , salad (lettuce,arugula,olive oil,vinegar and salt). Water. Snack: Yoghurt. Dinner: Sandwich ( turkey,cheese and bread). Milk. Cereals. Water.

Saturday 27th:

Breakfast: Orange juice. Toast (butter and ham). Milk. Lunch: Vegetable soup ( water,olive oil,pasta,vegetables and greens). Rice. French egg. Bread. Water. Snack: Banana. Dinner: Pumpkin puree (pumpkin, water, olive oil, onion and salt). Bread. Yoghurt. Nuts. Water.

Sunday 28th:

Breakfast: Fruit juice (apple, orange and pear). Crepes (eggs, flour, milk, honey and sugar). Milk. Lunch: Meatballs (salt, garlic and veal). Salad (lettuce, arugula, canons, spinach, carrot, fresh cheese, onion, olive oil and lemon). Chips. Water. Dinner: Bread. Water. Cake (eggs, milk, flour, lemon, sugar, oil and yoghurt). Milk.

Monday 29th:

Breakfast: Orange juice. Blueberries . Milk. Cereals. Lunch: Beef. Chips. Ketchup. Salad (Lettuce, Olive oil and salt). Whole wheat bread. Water. Lemon yoghurt.

Snack: Kiwi.

Jaime Dinner: Jam. Chips . Bread. Water. Nuts. Blueberries. Apple. Milk.


Tuesday 30th:

Breakfast: Orange juice. Toast (butter and ham). Milk. Lunch: Tortilla sandwich (cereals bread, eggs, potatoes, salt and olive oil). Banana . Water. Snack: Fruit shake (orange, banana, apple, pear and yoghurt). Dinner: Chicken. Pasta. Bread. Pineapple. Water.

Wenesday 1th:

Breakfast: Banana. Croissant. Milk. Break (CafĂŠ bar Argos): Orange Aquarius. Chips. Lunch: Fish. Pasta. Salad (lettuce, arugula, spinach, onion, tomato, salt, olive oil and vinegar). Baked potato. Bread. Water. Grapes.

Jaime Snack: Yoghurt. Blueberries. Nuts. Dinner: Turkey. Olive oil. Bread. Cookies. Water.


Thrusday 2th:

Breakfast: Orange juice. Milk. Cookies. Lunch: Meet stew (meat, carrots, beans, pepper, onion, garlic, olive oil, potatoes, salt, safrรณn, tomato sauce and water). Watermelon. Bread. Water. Snack: Sandwich (turkey, cheese and cereals bread). Water. Yoghurt.

Conclusion:

Dinner: Bread with pipes. Eggs. Olive oil. Water. Banana yoghurt. Nuts.

I

I think my diet is good, but I think I the cloud improve it if I drank more water and ate more fish and fruits.

-Chicken fillet with sauteed vegetables (brecol,spinach,onion,pepper and garlic). -Apple. -Bread. -Water.

SNAC.K

-Ham sandwich. -Banana.

DINNER

-Fished with baked potato. -Bread. -Water. -Pear compote.


Analysis of graphics 1ST Table:(How many meals do you eat a day?) -The 67,6% of 102 people interviewed have 3-4 meals a day. -The 28,4% of the 102 people interviewed have 5-6 meals a day. 2ND Table:(Do you have breakfast every day ?) -The 13,7% of the102 people interviewed haven't breakfast every day. -The 86,3% of the 102 people interviewed have breakfast every day. 3RD Table:(How often do you drink‌?) -Of the people interviewed 60% drink water 5-4 cups of daily. -Of the people interviewed 27% drink water 3-4 cups of daily. -Of the people interviewed 53% never drink tea. -Of the people interviewed 43% drink coffee 1-2 cups of daily. -Of the people interviewed 56% never drink low calorie carbonated. -Of the people interviewed 28% seldom drink low calorie carbonated. -Of the people interviewed 56% never drink carbonated with sugar. -Of the people interviewed 29% seldom drink carbonated with sugar.

10thTable: (Do you have dairy foods every day?) -The 48% of the 102 people interviewed have 1-2 glasses/cups of skim or low fat milk daily. -The 66% of the 102 people interviewed never have whole milk. -The 57% of the 102 people interviewed have 1-2 glasses/cups of yoghurt daily. -The 38% of the 102 people interviewed have cheese added to bread or cookies. -The 72% of the 102 people interviewed have 1 slice of margarine. -The 49% of the 102 people interviewed have 1 slice of butter. -The 39% of the 102 people interviewed have butter added to bread or cookies. 11th Table : How many pieces of fruit do you have a day? -The 41% of the102 people interviewed have 1-2 pieces of fruit daily . -The 28% of the102 people interviewed have 2-3 pieces of fruit daily. 12th Table: How many teaspoons of sugar do you add to your beverages each day? -The 54 % of the102 people interviewed never add sugar to their beverages each day. -The 40% of the 102 people interviewed add 1-2 teaspoons of sugar to their beverages each day. 13th Table:How often do you eat fried food? -The 68% of the102 people interviewed occasionally have eat fried food. -The 24% of the102 people interviewed once or twice a week eat fried food. 14th Table:What kind of fat do you use to cook? -The 91% of the102 people interviewed use olive oil to cook. -The 9% of the 102 people interviewed use sunflower oil to cook.


CONCLUSION -Doing this project we learned, that the most of the people interviewed eat lot of fats. -We also learned the amount of fats, carbohydrates and proteins we should eat in a day. -We learned how to analyze graphs. -And we learned how to interview people. -We should eat less junk food and more vegetables
