ope Stoller has been selling real estate in South Florida for 20 years. Since moving here from New York, she has put her marketing and business degree to work, helping homeowners get top dollar for their homes in the shortest amount of time possible. In July she helped navigate her buyers through a sale of a beautiful home in Plantation Acres. In August, Hope put two of her listings in Plantation under contract in less than 6 days while providing full service to her sellers at a lower listing rate. services they expect from a fullservice realtor for much less than the typical 6% commission. We sat down with her to learn more. Do you offer all the services of a fullservice brokerage? Yes, that’s right. I offer all the services you need to sell your home for a great price and you pay a lower commission to me. I offer my sellers a lower listing rate and work to get them the highest price. I utilize all of the marketing tools available to get that accomplished. What services do you include when we list a home with you? I will put your home on the MLS, Zillow, Trulia, Realtor.com, and many more sites for buyers. I have a professional photographer take photos of your home, hold an open house, show your home to buyers, negotiate the contract, provide a free home valuation, monitor the inspection
and so much more. I will be there from start to finish to guide my sellers through the entire process of selling their home. Where do you list homes?? I focus my work in Plantation, Davie, Cooper City, Sunrise, Weston, Southwest Ranches and Pembroke Pines. Do you represent buyers as well? Yes, I represent both home buyers and sellers. I have been helping Broward County families find their dream homes since 2000! I offer buyers the guidance they need while looking for a home. I try to find them the best value with the best terms. I am very patient, and I understand the
process can be overwhelming. With the pandemic, is it a good time to sell a home? It is a great time to sell a home; inventory is low, and demand is high. Plus, interest rates are the lowest they have ever been. Buyers are looking to buy a home to lock-in those low rates for 30 years! It is a seller’s market here in South Florida.
