MAR 8 International Women’s Day

International Women’s Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating women’s equality. IWD is not country, group or organization specific.

Outrages explores the history of state-sponsored censorship and violations of personal freedoms through the inspiring, forgotten history of one writer’s refusal to stay silenced. The event is sponsored by the Stonewall National Museum and is available via Zoom for free. 6:30 pm - 7:30 pm. For more info or to register visit www.stonewall-museum.org.
