SWEET TREATS From the Little Baking Project
Fancy some home made tray bakes? Lovely chocolaty fudgy brownies maybe? Nice chewy flapjacks? Can’t be bothered to make them yourself ? Help is at hand. Haley Ryan has just set up The Little Baking Project, taking orders through her Instagram @thelittlebakingproject and Facebook pages ‘making life a little bit better one traybake at a time’. Haley works in the public sector but has always enjoyed baking, and makes all sorts of goodies for her husband Michael and their three children Mia (12), Thomas (4) and Matilda (1).
During the last few months when life has been so grim, she’s decided to branch out and try something different, selling her tray bakes to the Cafe Chai in Banstead but also to individual customers online. She has registered as a food business but is not able to cater for allergies, as her home kitchen is not nut free. So if you fancy some brownies, blondies, flapjacks or cookies and you’re in the Banstead area, Haley’s your woman. As endorsed by Michael, Mia, Thomas and Matilda!
