In terms of hobbies, we find joy in music, fishing, and travel, while also prioritizing our health and maintaining mental and physical well-being. What is the best advice you’ve ever received or given? The best advice I’ve ever received emphasized that dreams remain mere aspirations until you take action. Without action, an idea remains a dream. Additionally, it stressed the importance of cherishing and safeguarding your reputation, as it’s a valuable asset that can only be risked once.

Q A

Tell us something about yourselves that may surprise people? We both love deep-sea fishing, particularly for tuna and dorado in the Sea of Cortez, just off the coast of Cabo San Lucas. Our preferred method is on pangas, compact 24’ center console boats, where the thrill of baiting the hook, setting the fish, and landing it on your own adds an exhilarating adrenaline rush to the experience. It also tastes great. Why did you choose Esplanade at Wiregrass Ranch? With 35 years of experience in real estate, our decision to choose Taylor Morrison as our builder was not only influenced by their reputation, but also shaped by the overall ambiance of the community. Factors such as the amenities, location, and the people played a crucial role in solidifying our final decision. What Lifestyle Programming are you most interested in? What are your hobbies?
