How can I force myself to have a nightmare? Try watching a horror movie, playing a scary video game, or reading ghost stories before bed. If you have a specific fear or anxiety, look at images of it or simply lie in bed imagining a "nightmare scenario." Aim to make yourself only slightly scared or anxious.

How can I induce a dreamless sleep? Whether you're trying to overcome nightmares or just want to dream less, taking steps to avoid dreaming is possible. Relaxing or meditating before bed can encourage dreamless sleep. Adjusting your lifestyle and nighttime habits to get more restful sleep can also create a foundation for less vivid or distressing dreams.

Maria Antelman (born Athens GR) is a visual artist based in Athens and New York. She approaches technological progress from a feminine perspective, reevaluating our connection to mother-nature, our historical past, technology and the Self. Recently her works have been presented at the Museum of Modern Art in New York, at Pioneer Works in Brooklyn, the Visual Art Center in the University of Texas Austin, at the National Museum of Contemporary Art (EMST) in Athens and at the Bemis Center in Omaha.

Η Δέσποινα Χαριτωνίδη (γενν. 1991, Αθήνα) είναι γλύπτρια και performer που ασχολείται με την έννοια της οικειότητας μέσα από το πρίσμα μιας βιομηχανίας που χτίζεται σταδιακά γύρω από την κατοικία και τους τρόπους με τους οποίους επανασχεδιάζει τα φυσικά στοιχεία σε δομικά υλικά. Είναι απόφοιτος της Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma και του Hogeschool vor de Kunsten Utrecht, όπου ολοκλήρωσε τις σπουδές της με έμφαση στην περφόρμανς και την εγκατάσταση. Από τον Μάρτιο έως τον Ιούνιο του 2021 ήταν υπότροφος στο Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik του Βερολίνου και στο Westwerk Haburg με την υποστήριξη του Υπουργείου Πολιτισμού και Μέσων Μαζικής Ενημέρωσης. Despina Charitonidi (b. 1991, Athens) is a sculptor and performer who works on the notion of intimacy through the lens of an industry gradually built around the housing, and the ways in which it rearticulates natural elements into structural materials. She is a graduate of the Accademia di Belle Arti di Roma and the Hogeschool vor de Kunsten Utrecht, where she completed her studies with a focus on performance and installation. From March until June 2021 she was a fellow at Zentrum für Kunst und Urbanistik Berlin and for Westwerk Haburg supported by the Ministry of Culture and Media. Her work has been presented, among others, at Microclima Venezia 2022, at the Old Eleusis Oil Mill (part of the Eleusis European Capital of Culture for 2023), at Hydra School Projects 2020, at the Neu Now Online European League of Art Institutes, 2016, at Centraal Museum of Utrecht in Hoog Catharine, Netherlands 2015 and at Museo di Arte Contemporanea di Roma 2013.

Ο Νικόλας Βεντουράκης είναι εικαστικός με εξειδίκευση στο μέσο της φωτογραφίας. Είναι απόφοιτος της σχολής καλών τεχνών Central Saint Martins του Λονδίνου. Στο καλλιτεχνικό του έργο επιχειρείται η ανάλυση των παρανοήσεων και των υποθέσεων που δημιουργούνται κατά την διάδραση μεταξύ έργου και θεατή. Nikolas Ventourakis is a visual artist living and working between Athens and London. His practice situates in the threshold between art and document, in the attempt to interrogate the status of the photographic image. He is a graduate of Central Saint Martins and has exhibited internationally in Group and Solo shows.
