Dear Reader! The extraordinary “geo-moment” we are living in calls for a vision of national strategy which leverages our specific local strengths to generate lasting economic growth and to foster the development of creative industries, as well as the quality of life. Besides taking care of its basic duties, the Hungarian National Bank (MNB) contributes to the preservation and transmission of national values both directly and through the diverse work of its foundations. The Pallas Athena Geopolitical Foundation (PAGEO) brings the world’s brightest geo-strategic minds together, analyzes the latest trends, and inspires further value-creation – with a strong emphasis on young Hungarian talents and creative communities. In our publication entitled “Hungarians in the Top 10”, we introduce outstanding Hungarian talents we are especially proud of, all of whom can serve both as role models and sources of

inspiration for today’s youth, because “Hungarians have all what it takes to be among the cream of the crop of Europe and the world!” Our compilation showcases the Hungarian success stories of the last 3 years in a variety of fields including gastronomy, sports, culture, tourism, technology, and science; bringing lesser-known subfields into the spotlight, since Hungarians are often in search of new, unique ways unparalleled in the world. Just like our inventors, Nobel laureates, world-famous athletes and artists born in the Carpathian Basin a hundred years ago, the young talents of the 21st century serve as proofs of what we are capable of together. Follow our lead, and get to know the worldrenowned Hungarians who have, in recent years, added new colors to the Internet’s vast palette and lead us to brand new paths on our journey of understanding the 21st century.

We owe these outstanding talents all our gratitude and respect!
