FOR KIDS, DAY, AND SPORTS CAMP ONLY
OPTION 1
PAYMENT IN FULL:
At time of registration, payment in full may be made. No processing fee charged when you choose this option.
OPTION 2
Payment Plan: Valid CREDIT CARD ON FILE REQUIRED
DUE AT TIME OF REGISTRATION:
• A $50 non-refundable, non-transferable processing fee per child.
• A $25 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit per session for each enrollment in Day, Kids, and Sports Camp (excluding the week of June 30). OR
• A $100 non-refundable, non-transferable deposit for each enrollment in the 7 Week Day or Kids Camp.
• Credit card payments for the balance will be automatically processed on the following dates:
• 7 week camps will follow the above payment schedule.
• Declined credit cards will have a 3-day grace period for payment. Notifications of payment issues are made by email. Please make sure your email address is accurate in your Palatine Park District account.
• If payment is not received within 3-day grace period, the spot will no longer be available. Your child will be removed from the session of camp that has not been paid.
• Kids Camp Mid Day and Tuesday/Thursday Camps must be paid in full.
PLEASE NOTE:
• The specialty camps on pages 19-28 must be paid for in full at the time of registration.
• Enrollment on multiple waitlists for Day, Kids, and Sports Camps during the same session of camp is not allowed.
CAMP REFUND POLICY
• Refunds or transfers will not be granted for any session after MONDAY, JUNE 2, 2025. Consideration will be given after this date only if the vacancy can be filled.
• No refunds will be issued for those enrolled in the 7-Week camps after FRIDAY, MAY 2, 2025.
• Medical and special situation refund requests are subject to review and at the discretion of the Superintendent of Recreation.

AGES: 5 & 6*
*Entering Kindergarten or 1st grade in the fall of 2025, and turning 5 by 9/1/25.
Geared for the younger camper. Activities include arts and crafts, sports, indoor and outdoor play, games, and water play.
REMINDERS
• All Kids Camp campers who attend all day should bring a lunch and drink every day.
KIDS CAMP AT BIRCHWOOD AND EAGLE
• Morning campers swim in the wading pool only.
• Campers may stay all day if you register them for morning, midday supervision (11:30am-12:30pm) and afternoon.

Campers will enjoy making new friends while learning cooperation and teamwork, all while having fun! Day Camp stresses supportive, fun-filled experiences including crafts, games, and daily swimming in our own park district pools.
JR. DAY CAMP AGES: 7-8
For campers who are ages 7 or 8 and are going into 2nd or 3rd grade in the fall of 2025. Children must turn 7 by 9/1/25 and cannot be older than 8 by 9/1/25 to participate in camp.
SR. DAY CAMP AGES: 9-11
For campers who are ages 9-11 and are going into grades 4th-6th in the fall of 2025. Children must turn 9 by 9/1/25 and cannot be older than 11 by 9/1/25 to participate in camp.
All activities and camp t-shirt included in the fee. Campers need to bring a sack lunch, sunscreen, swimsuit, and towel each day of camp.

JR. EVP® TOUR BEACH VOLLEYBALL CAMPS
Our EVP coaches will train your experienced athlete in the 2-person and 4-person formats of beach volleyball. After 20 minutes of daily training in passing, setting, serving and spiking, then the competition will begin. Athletes will be paired with other athletes who have similar skill set and compete in daily tournaments. The sand, wind and sun add a whole new dimension. Join us for an International Soccer Camp without leaving your area! Coached by our team of international and US-based staff, our week-long half day and full day soccer camps improve your child’s soccer skills while providing a unique cultural experience.
Rooted in British training methodology, these camps introduce our international training tactics to campers across the U.S and Canada. Our curriculum and coaching foundation meets engaging delivery for an allaround positive experience.

Learn from the pros this summer at a White Sox Summer Camp presented by Wintrust, with participating partner Topps! Professional coaches from the White Sox organization have helped build programs designed for kids ages 5-12 at every ability level. All campers work on throwing, hitting, fielding, and base-running, but more importantly, they will be taught to love the game of baseball. On top of the four (4) days of camp, each camper will receive tickets to a White Sox game (date TBD), a White Sox T-shirt, hat, and other various White Sox goodies. (DH)

POM DANCE CAMP
Learn the latest in dance and pom routines! Camp helps fine-tune skills for high school or junior high. Participants are divided by grade level and learn two to three routines. BROADWAY BOOT CAMP
Get a fast-paced taste of theatre as we embark on a play especially chosen for this camp. Attendance is required for each class. Students will work on their acting skills as they immerse themselves in the summer’s selected play. Auditions are held during the first class of the session. Students and parents will be asked to help with simple costumes and props. The final presentation will be held at Cutting Hall Performing Arts Center on Friday, June 27 at 10:30am for the morning class and 2:30pm for the afternoon class. Learn all-important skills necessary for good stage performance as well as every day living: public speaking, self-confidence, body language, and basic movement. REFUND POLICY
Specialty Camps refund requests follow our general program refund policy:
To submit a refund request, an Application for Transfer/Withdrawal Form must be submitted. The form can be found online or picked up at Community Center, Birchwood Recreation Center, or Falcon Park Recreation Center. Telephone requests will not be accepted.
• A full refund (less a $5 processing fee) will be processed for approved requests received 7 days prior to the start of the program.
• Requests received less than 7 days will be evaluated and processed accordingly.
• Approved refunds will be made via check for cash or check payments, or will be refunded back to the original card number used for credit card payments. Refunds can also be applied as a household credit, in which case the $5 processing fee will be waived.
• Program and other non-refundable materials may be deducted from the refund total.
