First Tip? Meal Plan
I struggle to make healthy decisions when I am in a rush or am tired after a long day of work. To combat this, I dedicate a few hours each Sunday to prep meals by washing and cutting my fruits and vegetables and throwing together a few healthy snacks. The few hours I spend at the beginning of the week saves me time during week and makes it easier for me to choose a healthy option when I am tired or short on time. —Delaney Blauw
