SEPTEMBER 1 n Volunteer Day: Land & Wildlife Management

8–10:30am | Conservancy Classroom n Volunteer Day: Pollinator Garden

Join the Conservancy land & wildlife management team as we work on an array of day-to-day physical tasks required of a Land & Wildlife Manager.

9-11am | Conservancy Classroom n Pickleball Mixer

Join Aaron, Conservancy Educator, tending to the pollinator garden. Together, attendees will weed the garden beds and check if any plants need extra care.

2–4pm | Wilson Lawn & Racquet n Rock the Bluff

All players are invited to join our team for two hours of friendly competition and fun. $15; ages 21 and over.

6-9pm | Moreland Crossroads

Get ready to Rock the Bluff. Enjoy a live band on Moreland Crossroads. Bring your own chair or be ready to dance. Food trucks will be available at 5pm. A charge bar will be available; no outside food or beverage allowed. Complimentary.

SEPTEMBER 1 n Kids Night Out

6–9pm | PBGO Loft

Join the PBGO team for a fun night out of the house. This evening will include games, crafts, and dinner. $60 per child; ages 5-12.

SEPTEMBER 2 n Labor Day Tennis Super Clinic

3–5pm | Wilson Lawn & Racquet n Summer Send Off: Pony Carnival

All players are invited to join our team for two hours full of fun with drills and point play. $70; ages 21 and over.

4–6pm | Longfield Stables n S’mores Pop-Up

Join us at the Activities Barn for the finale of summer! We will have pony rides for both children and adults, paint the pony, games and bounce hous- es will be offered during this two-hour celebration. Don’t miss face painting, Carnival food, and more! $35 per person.

6–8pm | Canteen

Gather ‘round the fire pit, roast a s’more and relive the adventures of the day. Complimentary.

SEPTEMBER 3 n Sunday Funday Bar Olympics

11am-2pm | Moreland Crossroads n S’mores Pop-Up

Enjoy a fun afternoon of games in a friendly comptetion at Cole’s. Teams of two will compete in spike ball, cornhole, giant beer pong, and more, to see who will bring home the gold medal. Food and beverages will be avaiable at the Moreland Pool bar for Member Charge. $50 per team.

SEPTEMBER 4 n PB Tide Paint & Sip

10-11:30am | PBGO Loft n Block Party Bingo

This painting program is designed around what is trendy, and what our younger generation wants to paint. Each month we are offering the opportunity to paint something new and exciting with an instructor that walks you through step by step how to create a piece of artwork that you will feel proud to hang on your wall. $25 per child; ages 9-12.

12-2pm | Moreland Crossroads n S’mores Pop-Up

Celebrate Labor Day at our Block Party featuring rounds of Bingo, yard games, and more, led by our Director of Golf, Chris Apple. Food and beverages will be avaiable at the Moreland Pool bar for Member Charge. Complimentary.

SEPTEMBER 6 n Shells & Chardonnay

10am-1pm | Shooting Club

Join us every first Wednesday of the month for our Women’s Shells and Chardonnay Clinics, to dive deeper into the world of shot gun shooting. Followed by light hors d’oeuvres and drinks. $25 for Shooting Club Members, $50 for non-Shooting Club members.

SEPTEMBER 6 n Brown Bag Lunch: White-tailed Deer

12–1pm | Conservancy Classroom

Most people are familiar with whitetailed deer, whether it is seeing them on the side of the road at night or chasing them away from your begonias. Join the Conservancy as we expand your understanding of whitetailed deer.

SEPTEMBER 7 n Explore PBC: Wilson Cemetary Walk

9–10:30am | Post Office n Around the Table: Seafood

Join the Conservancy’s Archaeologists as we stroll among the cemeteries of Wilson Village and hear tales of the lives of those who lay at rest.

6-9pm | Moreland Landing

Enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres followed by an exclusive three-course dinner with delicious wine pairings. $125 per person.

SEPTEMBER 8 n Explore PBC: Road to Anson

9–11:30am | Conservancy Classroom n PB Evergreen Disney Trivia

New to Palmetto Bluff and wish to have a glimpse of what the Conservancy does? Join us as we travel down Whitehouse Road, stopping at various locations to observe areas where we conduct research and land management. At the end, we will see the stunning view of the New River from what will one day be Anson Village.

5-6pm | PBGO Loft

Join us for a magical evening of pixie-dusted fun, where you’ll be whisked away on a journey through the kingdom of Disney knowledge. Whether you’re a Dumbo-cious Disney guru or a little Goofy when it comes to trivia, this event will have you laughing, singing, and scratching your head like Simba! So grab your trusty quiz pencil and prepare to be Mickeyimpressed as we put your Disney know-how to the test. It’s time to Hakuna Some Trivia! Complimentary.

SEPTEMBER 13 n Brown Bag Lunch: Life of a Native Plant Garden

12–1pm | Conservancy Classroom n Inshore Fishing Seminar

One of the Conservancy’s mantras is to plant natives – and our staff members don’t just talk the talk! Join Lydia Moore, Conservancy Research and Education Coordinator, as she walks you through the process of converting her lawn into a garden filled with native plants. Native plants will be available for you to take home with you after the talk.

1:30–5pm | Conservancy Classroom

Join us for four hours of fishing and baiting instruction from a leading regional angling professional, Captain Tom Shanahan. This saltwater inshore fishing seminar offers classroom instruction, hands-on fishing activities, conservation, inshore/backcountry fishing, equipment usage and more, followed by a hands-on fishing skill practice for knot tying, lure usage, net casting and fish fighting techniques. Open to all Plametto Bluff members. $25 per person.

SEPTEMBER 14 n PBC Birding: Cemetery Loop

8-10:30am | Conservancy Classroom

Join the Conservancy as we look for migratory birds moving through the pine hardwood uplands and maritime forest edge.
