Aqua Spin Aqua-Spin is low impact and daily practice is highly recommended. Thanks to hydrostatic pressure, you’ll be able to shape and tone your body without sore joints or aching muscles. Aqua-Cycling is a cycling class that takes place in a pool. Students will be using a hydrorider bike that is submerged in 3.5 to 4 feet of water while pedaling against the resistance of the water. Water-based training sessions have proven to be effective for many types of exercisers; particularly those with limited mobility or recovering from injury. The water’s buoyancy helps provide support to working muscles and joints while the moisture in the pool draws heat away from the body, regulating body temperature.
