With such a wide range of responsibilities, it is important for the FCA to be able to ensure that their staff are qualified and competent enough to perform their jobs effectively. To do this, they have developed an internal certificate qualification for their employees who need to have a better understanding of investments and the risks associated with them. The course which was developed by the FCA is a 25 hour programme consisting of six modules, with three leading onto an exam. The modules consist of: I really enjoyed my time studying with Intellipaat. The course was very well structured and the material covered all aspects of the FCA syllabus. I found the videos easy to follow, and the fact that they can be watched over and over meant that I could take as much time as I needed to understand every point. The quizzes were an excellent way to test myself on what I had learnt. The projects were also a great way to demonstrate my understanding of the subject matter.
