Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches

The Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches (YPOP) is the region’s premier young professionals group, comprised of diverse young business men and women working together to showcase Palm Beach County as a spectacular place to live, work and play.

Motivated by a desire to promote positive change in our community, YPOP provides its members with valuable opportunities to build relationships with community and business leaders and to participate in the political, economic and cultural development and direction of our community. YPOP offers monthly programs and events designed to give young leaders the opportunity to exchange ideas, grow professionally and share common interests while gaining an insider’s view of the region’s business scene.

YPOP has grown enormously, and now gives young professionals a powerful voice for affecting change in Palm Beach County. YPOP seeks to work hand-in-hand with current community and business leaders to learn from their experiences and to create a young-professional-friendly atmosphere, so that our region can not only retain young talent but also attract it.

YPOP is all about our members, and we encourage them to get actively involved. Although we do provide many networking opportunities, we are not simply a group for socializing. Young Professionals of the Palm Beaches is passionate about making a difference. Our members care deeply about the community, and through their many volunteer hours, YPOP has supported numerous local causes and worthy charities.

YPOP works hard to educate its members concerning political and economic topics affecting our area, so that young professionals can speak confidently about our community’s present and future goals. YPOP also offers plenty of opportunities for our members to engage in professional development and to achieve positions of leadership within the organization and the community as a whole. We take our responsibility to cultivate our city’s future leaders very seriously.

Whether it be raising money for a good cause, organizing an economic or political forum, helping others grow professionally, or taking a leadership role to drive our community forward, YPOP provides young people with the opportunity and support to make our dreams of a better community come true.
