Teresa C. Urquhart Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center
Teresa C. Urquhart is the chief executive officer of Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. As CEO, she is responsible for overseeing all strategic, operational and clinical activities of the 199-bed acute-care hospital. Urquhart was most recently the chief operating officer of the Palm Beach market, based out of sister hospital Delray Medical Center. Prior to her appointment in Delray, she led hospital operations as COO at Palm Beach Gardens Medical Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Records Administration from Western Carolina University in Cullowhee, North Carolina. She continued her education and earned her Master of Arts in Health Services Administration from Webster University in El Paso, Texas. Urquhart lives in Northern Palm Beach County with her husband, David Urquhart. She is a proud mother of twin daughters and a son.
Debra Vasilopoulos First Horizon
Debra Vasilopoulos is the Market President of First Horizon Bank. She is responsible for directing the Private Client, Commercial Banking, and Retail/Small Business Banking segments within the South Florida region. A recognized leader with more than 30 years of experience in private wealth management, Vasilopoulos is known for her exceptional business acumen and passion for building high-performing teams that deliver profitable results. Prior to joining First Horizon Bank, she was Market President for IBERIABANK, where she led Private and Commercial Banking services for South Florida. Prior to IBERIABANK, she was Market President of Sabadell Bank & Trust. A strong advocate for supporting organizations that bring meaningful change, Vasilopoulos maintains active involvement in community service organizations. Currently, she serves as an officer on the Board of Trustees for the Town of Palm Beach United Way. Originally from Massachusetts, Debra resides in Tequesta, and is located in First Horizon’s Palm Beach office.
Joseph Verdone Carlton Fields
Joseph Verdone has extensive experience with land development, planning, design, permitting, and project implementation for both private and public entities throughout Florida. His 30 years of professional land planning experience includes a multitude of multifamily residential, commercial, mixed-use, office, hotel, industrial, institutional, marine, wireless communication infrastructure, electric power generation, environmental, and large-scale mining projects throughout Florida. He has represented numerous largescale urban, mixed-use, and high-rise projects, including: CityPlace DRI, CityPlace South Tower, CityPlace Office Tower, Esplanade Grand, The Strand, Hyatt Place, Convention Center Hotel, The Mark, Watermark Towers, The Slade, Villa Lofts, The Metropolitan, The Prado, The Edge, the TRG Rybovich Marina CMPD, Alexander Lofts, Central Park Plaza, and many more. He has handled various master plan amendments and transfers of development right approvals, and has developed several incentive programs for his clients. Verdone also performs research, analysis, due diligence, and feasibility studies for the firm’s real estate and financial clients. He is an associate member of the American Bar Assocation and the American Planning Association.
William S. Williams Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath
William S. Williams is a partner at the personal injury law firm of Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath. He limits his legal practice to personal injury and wrongful death cases throughout the State of Florida. He is a board-certified civil trial lawyer and is listed in Best Lawyers in America for plaintiff personal injury and product liability litigation. Williams has had numerous multimillion-dollar verdicts and settlements throughout the state of Florida. In addition to his legal practice, he is the author of the book Terror Before Dawn: A Child At War. He has also served on charitable and business boards. His great-grandfather, Henry J. Sterling, was one of the founders of Delray Beach, Florida.
