After 20-plus years as an advertising creative on global brands, Jannie Matheson changed careers to real estate and is currently a Realtor with Illustrated Properties. Professionalism and creativity are important to her success in marketing properties. This skill benefits buyers, too, as she helps them see under-appreciated competitive benefits of one property over another. In negotiations, Matheson uses these insights to clients’ advantage. Her ratings are all 5 stars. A thirdgeneration Floridian, Matheson grew up in El Cid and currently lives in downtown West Palm Beach. In between, she attended college and graduate school in Georgia. Matheson also serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.

Luis believes in living a balanced life that fosters helping others to accomplish their dreams. Cynthia McCauley

St. Mary’s Medical Center/Palm Beach Children’s Hospital

Cynthia McCauley is the Chief Executive Officer of St. Mary’s Medical Center and the Palm Beach Children’s Hospital. She is responsible for all strategic growth, operations and finances of both facilities. Most recently she served as the Chief Executive Officer of Tenet Florida Physician Services (TFPS), MiamiDade and Palm Beach Counties. Prior to joining TFPS, Cynthia served as the Chief Financial Officer at Good Samaritan Medical Center and West Boca Medical Center. She holds an MBA in Finance from Long Island University and a BA in Foreign Language from Adelphi University.
