Kevin Probel
CBRE, Inc.
Kevin Probel is a First Vice President in the Transaction and Advisory Services Group at CBRE, joining in July of 2017. Mr. Probel specializes in office landlord and tenant representation services, along with the acquisition and disposition of office buildings in Palm Beach, Martin and St. Lucie counties, where he has been providing these services for the last 15 years. Mr. Probel is involved in all facets of the leasing and disposition process, including marketing, prospecting, showings and negotiations. Before starting at CBRE in 2017, Mr. Probel was a Vice President of Property and Asset Management with Jones Lang LaSalle since 2011. Also, he spent five years with The Related Companies (NY), and was responsible for the development, leasing, management and tenant improvement construction of the CityPlace Office Tower in West Palm Beach, which opened in 2008. Mr. Probel started his career in the Washington, D.C. metro area with Prentiss Properties Trust, and has more than 25 years of experience within the commercial real estate field. He graduated from the University of Florida and resides in Jupiter with his wife and son.
Michael J. Pumo

Michael Pumo is the general manager of CBS12 News and a Sinclair market manager. He has held this position since January 2012. With 35 years in television, he has brought a range of station and management experiences to the media campus. Under Pumo’s leadership, CBS12 News has seen rapid growth on all four screens. Pumo has also launched several innovative projects to emphasize its popular station brand, The One To Turn To. Additionally, Pumo is recognized for launching campus-wide projects that inspire audiences to share stories from people who endeavor to make West Palm Beach a better place to live. He currently serves as the chairman for the Florida Association of Broadcasters Executive Committee and has been on the board since 2007. Pumo is also a Trustee with the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and a board member of United Way of Palm Beach County. Pumo is blessed with a son, Alex and a daughter, Bella. In his free time time he enjoys golfing, volunteering and traveling with family.

Gopal Rajegowda is a Partner at Related Southeast. Throughout his career, Mr. Rajegowda has been passionate about developing successful destinations that combine world-class design, urban planning, hospitality, arts and culture, experiential retail, food and beverage and community. With more than 16 years of experience managing all aspects of mixed-use real estate acquisition and development, Mr. Rajegowda has been directly responsible for leading the development of multiple projects, including the W South Beach in Miami Beach, the Cosmopolitan Resort & Casino in Las Vegas and the Hilton West Palm Beach. Currently, he heads the re-imagination of The Square neighborhood in West Palm Beach. This experiential destination features shopping, dining, entertainment and a live-work-play community with programmable green spaces and thought-provoking public art. He is also leading the development of 360 Rosemary, a Class-A office building; 575 Rosemary, a mixed-use tower with luxury residences and retail space; and One Flagler, a Class-A office building along the West Palm Beach waterfront. Mr. Rajegowda serves as a board member of the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and Cultural Council for Palm Beach County.
Amit Rastogi, MD, MHCM Jupiter Medical Center
Dr. Rastogi is president and CEO of Jupiter Medical Center. Previously, Dr. Rastogi held executive roles at Yale New Haven Health and Inova Health in Virginia. Board certified in internal medicine, Dr. Rastogi has more than 15 years of clinical practice experience and completed residency training at Brigham and Women’s Hospital-Harvard Medical School and St. Vincent’s Medical Center-Yale School of Medicine. Dr. Rastogi holds a master’s degree in Health Care Management from Harvard University and a certificate in Artificial Intelligence from Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Rastogi has received the “Excellence in Healthcare” award, been named one of “50 Power Leaders in Healthcare” by the South Florida Business Journal, been included in the “Palm Beach 100” for 2020 – 2023 by Palm Beach Illustrated, and was a finalist for Modern Healthcare Magazine’s 100 Most Influential People of 2022. Dr. Rastogi serves as a member of the Board of Directors for the Florida Hospital Association, the Honda Classic, the Palm Beach North Chamber of Commerce, the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, the Maltz Jupiter Theatre and serves on the Economic Council of Palm Beach County and the Business Development Board’s Life Sciences Advisory Council.
