Brian Cheguis
iPlan & Design
Brian T. Cheguis is Principal Planner at iPlan & Design, and has worked as a land use planner and designer in South Florida for more than 19 years. iPlan & Design is a collaboration of experienced land use planners, site designers and landscape architects that utilizes the most up-to-date technology to provide intelligent, innovative and internet-based professional land-planning and site design services for property owners and high-net-worth clients. Mr. Cheguis has served as a Palm Beach County Public Art Committee member and is currently a member of the Downtown Action Committee for the City of West Palm Beach. Mr. Cheguis possesses an Architectural Technology diploma and a bachelor’s degree in Directed Interdisciplinary Studies—Urban Planning from Carleton University.
Victoria Chouris
South Florida Fair & PBC Expositions, Inc.
Victoria Chouris serves as President & CEO of the South Florida Fair & Palm Beach County Expositions, Inc. Her career with the nonprofit organization began in 1985. She is a double alum of Palm Beach Atlantic University, where she received a master’s in Business Administration. Chouris is a board member of the International Association of Fairs and Expositions. She served as Chair of the Board of Governors for Leadership Palm Beach County, the Palm Beach State College Foundation Board and is a former Chair of Discover The Palm Beaches. She is also past Chair of the Florida Federation of Fairs and the Florida Festivals and Events Association. Chouris was the 2010 recipient of the ATHENA Award from the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, and in 2019 was awarded the Leadership Palm Beach County Excellence Award.
Barbara Cipriano Palm Beach State College
Barbara is the Provost at Palm Beach State College, Lake Worth campus. She was born in Poland and grew up in New Jersey. She received an M.S. in Higher Education Administration from Barry University, a B.S. in Business Administration from St. Peter’s University, a certificate in Emergency Management Supervision from Palm Beach State College and has completed all coursework towards a Ph.D. in Higher Education Leadership at Florida Atlantic University.
Gina Clausen Lozier
Berger Singerman, LLP
Gina Clausen Lozier is a member of Berger Singerman’s Dispute Resolution Team and focuses her practice on first- and third-party claims and coverage analysis. Lozier is one of only two lawyers in Florida recognized in the prestigious legal publication Chambers for her work on behalf of policyholders. Prior to joining Berger Singerman, she was a partner with a statewide insurance defense firm, where she was responsible for overseeing the investigation and litigation of disputed claims, and represented numerous Florida and out-of-state carriers. As the former President of the Florida Chapter of the National Society of Professional Insurance Investigators (NSPII), she coordinated meetings of industry professionals to provide educational training on issues of insurance fraud with a specific focus on sinkhole, windstorm and fire losses. She is approved by the Department of Insurance as an instructor for continuing education courses for independent and public adjusters. Lozier regularly provides educational training on relevant insurance issues facing Florida’s Community Association Managers.
