Darcy Davis Health Care District of Palm Beach County
Darcy J. Davis, CEO of the Health Care District of Palm Beach County, has held key financial and operational roles during her 30 years in health care. She serves on America’s Essential Hospitals’ Strategic Planning Committee and the United Way of Palm Beach County’s Hunger Relief Advisory Council. In 2018, then-Gov. Rick Scott appointed her to the Palm Beach State College District Board of Trustees, where she served for three years. In 2022, she completed the Leadership Palm Beach County Engage Program and ranked 11th among “Florida’s Top 100 Women-Led Businesses” by The Commonwealth Institute of Florida. Davis is a six-time South Florida Business Journal “Power Leader in Healthcare” and a two-time Palm Beach County Medical Society “Hero in Medicine” recipient. She earned her BBA in accounting from Mercer University and her MSM in health care administration from Troy State University.
Michael L. Davis WGI
Michael Davis is a Senior Vice President and Chief Strategy Officer of Palm Beach County, Florida based national consulting firm WGI. In this role, and as a member of the Executive Leadership Team, he assists in the overall management of WGI, leads the development and implementation of WGI’s strategic planning and annual business planning activities. In addition, he leads and coordinates WGI’s and merger and acquisition initiatives and Chairs the Crisis Management Team. He has over 40 years of high-level experience in leadership positions, management, strategic planning, water resources, environmental policy, legislation, and governmental relations, including NEPA and the Army Corps of Engineers planning and regulatory process. With his strategic planning and policy skills and extensive knowledge of state and national water and environmental policy, wetlands regulations and legislation, Davis helps lead WGI in its federal, environmental, planning and infrastructure markets. His reputation and recognition by environmental agency leaders and staff in the state of Florida and in Washington, D.C. offers clients a profound resource for resolving environmental issues, as well as policy, legislative and strategic planning consulting services.
Dave DeMay Kast Construction
Dave DeMay is the senior vice president/principal with KAST Construction Company. Founded and based in West Palm Beach, KAST has grown to be the county’s largest construction management/general contracting firm. Since 2005, KAST has built a portfolio in several market sectors, including: multifamily, hospitality, condominium, education, municipal, office, assisted living, medical, retail, country club and industrial. Signature West Palm Beach projects include Loftin Place, Cameron Estates, City of WPB Fire Rescue and Emergency Operations Center #5, Jefferson Palm Beach, Two City Plaza, The Alexander and Hyatt Place Hotel. A native of Jackson, Michigan, DeMay graduated from Auburn University with his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, and is a graduate of Leadership West Palm Beach. DeMay is the chairman of the American Heart Association’s 2018 Heart Walk, Trustee at the South Florida Fair, board member of the We Are Dwyer Foundation, board member at AGC (Associated General Contractors of America) and a board member and mentor with ACE (Architecture, Construction, Engineering) mentoring program. He enjoys boating, fishing and traveling with his wife Rachel and their two children.
Donald K. DeWoody, Jr. Landmark Commercial Realty Advisors
Donald K. DeWoody, Jr. has been actively involved in commercial real estate since 1988, during which time he has established himself and his firm as one of the premier tenant representation firms in South Florida. In June 2013 WGCompass Realty Companies, a regional realty services firm that he co-founded, was acquired by Avison Young, a national realty services firm, and DeWoody was made a principal and shareholder. DeWoody has extensive experience in commercial brokerage and consulting. Previously he worked as a commercial real estate appraiser for Callaway & Price, Inc. He has earned the MAI designation from the Appraisal Institute and currently holds the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the Commercial Industrial Real Estate Institute. Additionally, he has served as a member of the board of directors of the Business Development Board of Palm Beach County. DeWoody is a member of the National Association of Realtors and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC). A native Floridian, he holds a Bachelor of Science degree in real estate from Florida State University.
