Ray Dorsey Insurance office Of America

C. Ray Dorsey, III, CIC, is a third-generation resident of West Palm Beach. Following in his father’s footsteps, he chose a career in the insurance business, which started in the 1920s with a focus on commercial lines insurance. A graduate of the University of Tampa and The Certified Insurance Counselor Institute, Dorsey is Vice President and Partner of Insurance Office of America (IOA), a privately held, fullservice agency. His firm is one of the fastest growing independent agencies in the United States and has been named the Agency of the Year by National Underwriters Magazine. Ray consults with clients on their specific needs and helps them explore traditional and alternative options for getting the most effective use of their premium dollar. He currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.

David Ecija

Hilton West Palm Beach

David Ecija has been with Hilton Worldwide for more than 20 years, 15 of which have been with Hilton in Europe, Asia, Latin America and now the U.S. at Hilton West Palm Beach. Ecija has worked in six countries on three continents, working with multiple properties, segments, destinations and cultures. An inspiring leader, Ecija mentored nine talented professionals to become general managers with Hilton across Europe, the Middle East, Southeast Asia and the Caribbean. Ecija graduated from Polytechnic University in Madrid, Spain with a Hotel Management degree with specializations in Strategic Hospitality and Demand Management. Ecija speaks four languages: English, Spanish, Portuguese and French. In 2018, he was awarded General Manager of the Year across the Hilton Americas region.

Rene Fonseca iThink Wealth Management

Rene Fonseca is a local financial professional with iTHINK Wealth Management, helping members of one of the oldest and largest credit unions in the county (iTHINK Financial) to protect, grow and generate the income they need to live a comfortable retirement. Helping individuals and businesses to create a solid financial plan is what Rene does best, and you can contact him through any of the local branches of iTHINK Financial. Rene earned a bachelor’s degree in Business from Mercy College, Dobbs Ferry New York and a minor in World History at the University Dijon France. As a financial professional, Rene holds several state and federal licenses, such as Series 7, 63, 65, SIE and 215. In 1992 Rene moved to Florida, where his entrepreneurial spirit led him to build a company from a single employee to 32 employees in 2004 when he sold his company. Fonseca currently serves as a Trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches.

While managing luxury residential developments and large-scale mixed-use revitalizations, Rob is actively engaged in fundamental value analysis, world-class design, and strategic business planning. Prior to joining his family business, Rob was the vice president of acquisitions at 60 Guilders, a New York-based real estate private equity firm. Over a three-year period with 60 Guilders, Rob helped lead acquisitions of approximately $750MM in New York City assets. Rob graduated from Harvard University with a degree in Economics, and currently serves as an Executive Committee member on the board for The Fund for West Palm Beach Police, and a trustee of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches. Rob was also a former board member of the Palm Beach Chamber of Commerce.
