C. Robin Galanti Solo Moss & Associates, LLC

C. Robin Galanti Solo is the director of business development for Moss & Associates, one of the southeast USA’s largest privately held general contracting firms providing construction management and preconstruction services for large-scale commercial, institutional, hospitality and residential projects. Notable projects include 360 Rosemary, the Brightline Train Station and Parkline Apartments. Ms. Galanti Solo grew up in Palm Beach County, graduated from Cardinal Newman and earned her B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida. Upon graduation, Ms. Galanti Solo worked in West Palm Beach for FPL, and from there she expanded her career into New York City as sales director for an MEP engineering firm, Edwards & Zuck, PC and as an account manager for McGraw-Hill Construction. After 15 years, Ms. Galanti Solo returned to West Palm Beach and joined Moss in 2017. Ms. Galanti Solo is responsible for building relationships, pure and simple. Ms. Galanti Solo is a Trustee member of the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches, Chair of the Leadership West Palm Beach Alumni Group, Corporate Partner with the Business Development Board, past chair of Moss Women In Construction, Steering Committee member of Moss Impact and active supporter of Place of Hope.

Allen Gast Gast Construction Group

Allen Gast is the founder and president of Gast Construction Group, an award-winning, full-service construction management and estate management firm in West Palm Beach, Florida. He is a proud graduate of the University of Florida, Rinker School of Building Construction. Gast strives to be a positive and active member of the local community and is affiliated with many different organizations such as the Associated General Contractors of America—Florida East Coast Chapter, the Economic Council of Palm Beach County, West Palm Beach Housing Authority, YMCA of the Palm Beaches, Clinics Can Help, and the ACE Mentor Program of Palm Beach and Martin Counties. His firm has been awarded the 2021 Builder of the Year Award by the Palm Beach Chapter of the American Institute of Architects, a 2017 and 2020 Build Florida Award from the AGC—Florida East Coast Chapter, and was recognized in 2018, 2019 & 2020 as a University of Florida Gator100 Award winner identifying the 100 fastest growing Gator-owned or -led businesses in the world. He has been married to his wife Jodi for 17 years. They reside in West Palm Beach with their two sons.

Jake Geleerd is president and CEO of Palm Beach County-headquartered Tortoise Properties, a wellcapitalized, privately held commercial and residential company that focuses on acquiring and developing legacy assets consisting of premier income-producing commercial office, multi-family and mixed-use properties in the South Florida region. Building on his 30-plus-year career as an emerging manager, owner, operator and developer, Geleerd is a board member and on the Chairman’s Council of the Palm Beach County Business Development Board (BDB), Chief Executives Organization (CEO.org) and Boulder Investment Group. He is an officer on the Board of Young Presidents Organization (YPO) in Chicago, Denver and Palm Beach and a Board Member and Officer of the YPO Golf Network.

Francisco Gil Sympatico Real Estate Inc.

Francisco Gil is manager and operator of Sympatico Real Estate, a real estate holding and management firm, which was founded in 2004. Gil manages a diverse portfolio of properties in South Florida ranging from singular buildings to industrial warehousing. He has an extensive professional background that expands beyond commercial real estate. Some additional areas of professional expertise include entrepreneurship, management consulting, new business development and strategic planning. His tenacious work ethic, commitment to his clients, and professional passion enable him to maintain his success.
