David Gobeo FordHarrison LLP



David Gobeo, Esq., is a Partner of FordHarrison LLP who focuses his practice primarily on litigation. Mr. Gobeo received his J.D. from the University of Florida and undergraduate degree from Stetson University, with honors. Mr. Gobeo is a member of the Forum Club of the Palm Beaches, Inc., and the Palm Beach County Bar Association, and has been an active member of the Associated Builders and Contractors for his entire career. He is also a Board Member for the Chamber of Commerce of the Palm Beaches and a Board Member of Nonprofits First. Mr. Gobeo has been named a “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine from 2012 to 2019.

Patricia Godwin Coral Gables Trust Company
Patricia Godwin is a Wealth Advisor for Coral Gables Trust Company, one of the top wealth management firms headquartered in Florida. As Manager of the West Palm Beach office, Godwin oversees the development of complex portfolios for high-net-worth clients, offering an array of investment solutions, financial planning, and trust and estate services. Godwin is a financial industry veteran, having served in a myriad of wealth management roles over two decades. Prior to joining Coral Gables Trust, she was a Senior Client Advisor at Bessemer Trust. Before assuming that role, she worked at Goldman Sachs, where her team managed more than $1 billion in assets and implemented long-term investment goals for ultrahigh-net-worth-individuals. She is a Certified Trust and Fiduciary Advisor and holds Series 7 and Series 66 licenses. A graduate of Lehigh University, she earned an MBA at University of Chicago Booth School of Business with focuses on economics and finance.

David Goodlett Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida
David Goodlett joined Sugar Cane Growers Cooperative of Florida in 1991, working out of its West Palm Beach location in the downtown area, and was appointed in January 2002 as Vice President, Government and Community Relations, where his major responsibility involves lobbying in Tallahassee and Washington, D.C. Other responsibilities include communications with elected and appointed officials, the general public, media and targeted special interest groups. In addition, he participates in various service organizations and community relations activities. Formerly, he worked as District Manager for Congressman Tom Lewis and served as vice president of local government for the Florida Sugar Cane League. David received an associate’s degree from Palm Beach Community College, his Bachelor of Science degree in Government & Criminology from Florida State University, and a master’s in Public Administration from Nova University.


Ned Grace NDT Development
Ned Grace is the co-founder and managing partner at NDT Development (NDT), a real estate development management firm that employs an opportunistic, entrepreneurial approach to real estate with significant knowledge and relationships. Additionally, the firm specializes in developing high-quality commercial and mixed-use space with considerable expertise in hospitality design, construction and operations. At NDT, Grace is responsible for business development, deal sourcing, financing and the strategic direction of the firm. Prior to co-founding NDT, Grace and his partners built a successful property management company, Kanga Property Management (NDT subsidiary), and have invested, developed and managed a multifaceted portfolio of residential, commercial and hospitality assets in South Florida. Grace previously held financial analyst roles at Millennium Partners, Janney Montgomery Scott and JP Morgan. He received his bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Managerial Studies from Vanderbilt University.
