Rybovich
Anthony LaCavalla is the vice president of North End Development for the industry-leading Rybovich Boat Company, LLC, a mega-yacht marina and refit and repair facility located in West Palm Beach. The company features yacht slips up to 100 meters, unlimited draft ocean access, an in-house tug fleet, robust shore power and in-slip fueling, and a Crew Campus with free Wi-Fi, concierge service, a restaurant, a fitness center, a swimming pool and a lounge facility. Its service and refit center includes eight dry space locations, a floating dry dock, trade shops equipped with state-of-the-art industrial equipment and more. At Rybovich, LaCavalla is responsible for handling development, facilities and governmental affairs. Prior to joining Rybovich, he held positions as a business development consultant with Kast Construction, vice president of business development for HRH Construction (New York), project director/executive consultant with Harlem River Yard Project (New York) and chief operating officer with Crystal Waste Paper (New York).

As portfolio manager and investment strategy co-leader, John manages private client, corporate and endowment portfolios with tailored wealth planning and asset management strategies to ultra-affluent generational families. He is a designated Sports & Entertainment Advisor with concentrations in estate, income and sudden wealth management. John is an Economics graduate from the University of Texas at Austin and holds the Certified Private Wealth Advisor certification, administered by IMCA and taught with the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. Local philanthropy has included Chairman of Palm Health Foundation, trustee for two regional hospitals, Boys & Girls Clubs of PBC, and co-chair for “A Night for Nature” benefiting Fish & Wildlife Foundation of Florida.
Jill Lanigan Song + Associates, Inc.
Jill Lanigan is the director of business development for Song + Associates, Inc., which provides architecture, planning and interior design services to both public entities and private clients. She is responsible for developing new client relationships and also serves as a client liaison throughout each project process. Prior to her role in business development, Lanigan was a senior project manager with Song + Associates. Her more than 23 years of experience in the South Florida area, where she’s worked with all regulatory agencies, enables her to efficiently map and manage the complex regulatory and compliance issues of today’s projects. Lanigan studied architecture at the University of Miami including a study-abroad program in Venice, Italy. A native of South Florida, she has a strong commitment to the local ecology and is keenly aware of the impacts of development on our natural ecosystems. She has proudly dedicated her time to restoration efforts and sensible urban planning. Lanigan is involved with the Palm Beach State College STEAM program and the Women’s Leadership Initiative for the Urban Land Institute.
David Layman Greenberg Traurig, P.A.
David Layman is a shareholder in the Real Estate Practice Group of the international law firm of Greenberg Traurig, which has more than 2,000 lawyers in 40 offices worldwide. He has been listed in The Best Lawyers in America since 2010, and Best Lawyers named him West Palm Beach Lawyer of the Year in the field of real estate law in 2016 and 2010. Layman offers legal counsel and advice in the areas of real estate development, investment, condominium structuring and land use regulations. He serves on the board of HomeSafe, where, as board president in 2008, he received the Pro Bono Award for Non-Profit Law from the Legal Aid Society for his work with HomeSafe’s abused and neglected children. Layman also has been a member of the board of St. George’s Center, Inc., which provides more than 100,000 meals a year to the homeless in Riviera Beach. He is an honors graduate of the University of Florida and its Levin College of Law, where he was chief tax editor of the Law Review and vice president of Florida Blue Key.
