Event Overview The conference will be held at Raffles City Convention Center on 17 September 2011. Prestigious speakers, including many of Shares Investment’s regular columnists and investment luminaries of the region will be invited to join the event: Professor Chan Yan Chong (曾渊沧博士), MBA Programme Director at City University of Hong Kong. He sits in key economics and financial think-tanks and research groups such as the Centa-City Index research group, central policy unit of Hong Kong SAR, Ganzhou City government in Jiangxi province and Operational Research Society of Hong Kong. Mr. Hu Li Yang (胡立阳) became the first vice president of Chinese descent at Merrill Lynch, the largest American securities firm, at the tender age of 34. Books written by Hu have topped the best-seller lists, and he has been hailed as the ‘legendary investor in Asia’ by the media because of his accurate analysis and judgement on global financial situation. Mr. Li Xin Jing, Collin (李欣京), an acclaimed technical markets strategist, is a frequent guest columnist and speaker in Lianhe Zaobao, FM95.8 and TV Stock Market Programmes. He has made many accurate market forecasts throughout the years, and is a popular and well sought-after speaker in the region. Mr. Chen Dan Hong (陈丹虹), a prominent anchor for a daily 2-hour investment programme in Guangzhou TV Station with programmes such as 《谈股论金》,《沟通无界限》, and《广州房地 产档案》. Mr. Zhang Jing Dong (张劲东), Head of the Investment Development department in China CCTV investment channel. He is a former radio DJ and key investment programme host for Capital radio FM95.8, and winner of the best current affairs and best radio DJ award in Singapore.
The Programme The Shares Investment Conference 2011 is a full day event, starting from 9am till 5pm, with an additional exclusive dinner held in the evening for high-net-worth investors where our keynote speakers will interact and share more with the guests.
