Welcome to the 17th Annual Eastern Select Bull and Female Sale. Our bulls have been developed at home with a Masterfeed bull pellet and forage ration.Our cattle have been on a live vaccination program for over 30 years. We have a nice group of bulls and 4 good young purebred cows and a few young commercial females some will have calves at side. The price of good quality stocker calves have been on a rise and your old bulls have been bringing a premium so don’t hesitate to step up for a new herdsire. If you have any questions on any of the bulls or females or would like to view in advance at home give me a call or take a look the Friday and Saturday morning at the Sale Barn. I’d be happy to discuss our genetics and which bull might be most suited for your cow herd. We are pleased to be raising cattle that will work well in the show ring, and in commercial herds. Over the 17 years between Wayne, our Guest consigners and myself we have sold 340+ Charolais bulls and many females in this sale. This year our group have an outstanding set of bulls. With the price of stockers and meat bulls bringing up to $5000 now is the time to invest in a new herd sire. This year I’ve consigned a great set of calving ease and performance bulls sired by Cedarlea Ranch Hand and Saddleridge Hennessy and 4 heifers sired by Ranch Hand. This group have been developed on a Purina Show ration and dry hay. They have been vaccinated with express 10, tasvax and ivomec. Bulls will be at the sales barn Friday and Saturday morning for viewing. Sale will be broadcasted live on DLMS if unable to attend in person. Hope to see you on sale day. Bulls will have had a Breeding soundness exam and will have passed a semen test.
