Hello again and on behalf of the group I would like to welcome you to our 4th Annual Bull Sale! Yes another year has quickly past and yes we very pleased to have another fantastic set of bulls to sell this year. The beef business is having a great year! We have seen some of the best calf prices in years this past fall and you deserved it!! Like other years we have a large offering of full French and full French influenced bulls to offer .There are some very unique bulls in this year’s sale.

We have half French and polled, bulls with calving ease, bulls with great maternal traits in their pedigrees, and like other years there are bulls in this sale that will add style to make great show prospects.

This group of bulls are the heaviest set of bulls we have fed and offered for sale since we started our test station in 2007. There are some bulls in this sale that have a little extra age, if you’re looking for a bull to breed a few extra cows. All of the bulls have been fed together at Rollin ‘Acres on the same 14% ration that we have always used. They have also had the free choice of the best hay we can find. All the bulls are vaccinated to Calfarama protocol. We encourage you to stop by the farm any time to have a look at these bulls. We are sure that you will be impressed with the performance and the great disposition of the bulls. Be sure to come to the sale early and enjoy lunch on us and view the bulls. 222A is a late February born bull that has been a tank from Day 1. We bought his mom from the Six Mile Sale 2 falls ago from the folks at Breed Creek Angus. One of the highlights from that sale was the service sire to many lots, Six Mile Trademark 9X who is definitely loaded with mass and muscle. 222A’s dam is one of those cows that just “gets it”.

She is perfect uddered, great footed and is a perfect model Angus cow.

This guy will definitely work on heifers but he will also look after the performance side of things as well.

Here is an opportunity to acquire a son of EXT 473 which was a top selling and performing pedigree in the Angus breed but is also now becoming very scarce.

When we purchased our tank and its contents from Tupling Farms a number of years ago there were a few straws of EXT 473 which we saved for a while but have now used. This will be the last son of EXT 473 we will be able to offer. We believe there is very little of this semen in inventory anywhere.
