A LET TER FROM DR . RICH K ANNWISCHE R Dear Peachtree family, I greet you with a thankful heart, full of gratitude for God’s guidance and provision for me and my wife, Kelly, and our daughters, Danica and Ashby. I rejoice in the opportunity and responsibility to partner with and lead this Christian community as we seek and follow God’s call on this church to bring restoration to a world searching for truth, hope, and love. 2017 brought much change and challenge to Peachtree, but you responded with a level of creativity and commitment that exemplifies a solid and historic foundation of faithful service to our Lord and to His church. However, you have clearly communicated in word and deed that you are not content to rest on past accomplishments. I am thankful for your willingness to grow and move boldly for His Kingdom, because I am convinced God will challenge Peachtree to step up and reach out in even greater ways than we can currently imagine. As you review some of the numbers from 2017, reflect on the fact that behind every number there is a life. Every life we have touched, every need we have met, and every moment of ministry we have delivered will have eternal impact. God has blessed Peachtree. Let’s live accordingly and accept the responsibility that comes with blessing. Let us always share our blessings, express our gratitude, and proclaim our faith. With thanksgiving and anticipation,
Rev. Dr. Rich Kannwischer Senior Pastor

community more effectively. It was an opportunity to learn leadership excellence and quality service lessons from a recognized hospitality leader. Our goal was for our congregation to understand that hospitality excellence must become a way of life for all of us in the church and not just a handful of volunteers. Mere friendliness is not the same thing as genuine, quality service to others.
