SERMON OUTLINE

GOD IS CREATOR

Psalm 19

We know God is Creator by…

1. His Glory in the sky (v. 1-6)

• Do you recognize God’s voice in his handiwork?

□ “The heavens declare the glory of God; the skies proclaim the work of his hands.” (v. 1)

□ “Nothing is deprived of its warmth.” (v. 6b)

2. His Goodness in the why (v. 7-11)

• Do you recognize God’s voice in his commands?

□ “The precepts of the L ord are right, giving joy to the heart. The commands of the L ord are radiant, giving light to the eyes. (v. 8)

□ “By them your servant is warned; in keeping them there is great reward.” (v. 11)

3. His Grace in your life (v. 12-14)

• Do you recognize God’s voice echoing in you?

□ “But who can discern their own errors? Forgive my hidden faults.” (v. 12)

□ “May these words of my mouth and this meditation of my heart be pleasing in your sight, L ord , my Rock and my Redeemer. (v. 14)
