Prayer of Confession

Lord, we know that we are a sinful people and that our transgressions—the things we have both done and spoken, thought and withheld—damage the freedom we find in You. Were it not for the mercy You extend in Jesus, we would be lost. Hear us as we confess our faults in silence, that we may be welcomed and reconciled to You as well as forgiven by You…

Milestones

Just as families keep in touch about joys and sorrows, our church family at Peachtree wants to do the same. During your prayers this week, we ask you to lift up these people to God.

FAMILY MEMBER DEATHS Garland Bennett 8/10 Son of Beverly Bennett Lynn Campbell 8/20 Aunt of Max Staples

To submit Milestones for you or a member of your family, contact Celeste Cody at 404-842-5853 or CCody@PeachtreePres.org.

ACOLYTES

An acolyte plays an important role in our traditional worship, bringing the light of Christ into the service and leading us out into the world to be the light of Christ. Today’s acolytes:
