JCI World Congress Concludes Connecting Active Citizens Worldwide Connect is link. Connect is network. Link to share tools. Network for stronger support. Connect people, communities and society. Connection leads to sharing ideas, actions and results. Connect to unite the global grassroots movement. Today’s theme is connect. What does connect mean to you? Today’s World Congress meetings, events and closing Gala will answer this question and more as Congress delegates work toward connecting young active citizens locally and globally. The 2014 JCI Board of Directors discusses how to best connect their members, resources and knowledge for the upcoming year. Attend the community engagement project to connect with Rio de Janeiro’s community leaders and help them solve their greatest challenges. This evening, the Presidential Inauguration and Gala connects each Congress delegate, partner and guest one final time to celebrate the accomplishments of Rio and launch into an exciting new year. Use each activity and experience today to think more about how JCI will connect people, their communities and the global society.
