Dear partner, 2020 has become a remarkable - an unpredictable - year of change all over the world. In a very short time, we have had to learn to navigate with Covid-19 on board - for better or worse. It requires courage and action - along with the ability to adapt. But with that said, it has also meant that the digitalization we have had on the agenda for so long has accelerated in many places, and our customers, now more than ever, need our digital commerce solutions that help them continue to perform their job. I am very much looking forward to this year’s Executive Meeting, where the overall theme is precisely: New World New Opportunities We have several external speakers signed up, each of them will help us understand - and be able to take advantage of the opportunities a time in change provides. We look forward to seeing you online on November 3rd and 4th. Stay safe! Sincerely
Pekka

Agenda, November 4th 09.00 Technology Shapes Behavior Bo Steffan Nielsson, Digital Architect & Trusted Advisor Digitized DNA Digitalization has been a “hot topic” for a long time but it was Covid-19 that put it on the agenda for real. Digitalization is not about introducing more new technologies. It’s about making people use them efficiently. It takes a behavioral shift in employees and leaders for new technologies to become integrated into to our daily routines and long time capabilities. We need to align our mindsets and build into our perception, that unless, technologies are properly integrated into people’s daily life, i.e. in routines, procedures and tools as a whole, it does not give meaning to organizations. It always fails. Instead focus on bettering cultures by enabling technologies. 09.45 Break
10.00 Workshop: Identify your Top #10 Barriers and Top #10 Accelerators to Navigating Change. This will be an interactive workshop / break out session.
