Allegiance is from a single-source Midwest family farm and a single-source packer. Additional important Allegiance attributes • Duroc-based genetics produce highly marbled, tender pork. • Product is hand-selected based on demanding color and marbling characteristics. • Strict specifications governing animal feed and medicines ensure quality. Various “negative” feed ingredients and medicines are prohibited. • Allegiance is the most consistent pork available on the market. • Specifications from the farm to the processors are established by PFG. • Producers and processors are third-party audited to ensure compliance with PFG specifications. • Dedicated family farm and single source for the processor ensures that the genetics, feed, production systems and processing techniques never vary. • Allegiance is owned by PFG and nobody can ever change anything about the product without the approval of PFG. • Allegiance is dedicated to sustainability.
