NEW APPOINTMENTS

Two new area sales managers have joined Siamp UK. Craig Finch (pictured) will cover the Midlands, while Ivan Brown will look after the South East. Craig has over 20 years sales experience in the construction industry, while Ivan joins with a wealth of experience within the national and independent plumbing merchants distribution network.

Alpha has strengthened its customer service and operations team with the appointment of James Owen as head of customer services. James will head up the department and focus on restructuring and developing the team to help manage the increase in customer call volumes and interactions, due to the recent growth and demand within the business.

New to Clivet Group UK is Kevin HarrisonEllis as head of sales. With extensive knowledge of heat pumps, Kevin has a diverse background that ranges from installing heat pumps and renewable technologies, through to branch manager at a wholesaler, and regional and renewables management roles.

Experienced building services consultant Stewart McGillivray has joined Guardian Water Treatment’s team to provide consultative support to the company’s intelligent water monitoring and treatment package, BG50i. Stewart brings considerable experience to the role, having been a member of the BSRIA steering group for the BG50 guide.

Monument Tools has expanded its management team with two new key appointments. Michaela Harper (pictured) joins from Chrisanne Clover Ltd as purchasing manager while Andy Pretious joins from Automated Packaging Systems to fill the new role of operations and health and safety manager.

The Highbourne Group, the company behind such names as City Plumbing, PTS, The Bathroom Showroom and PlumbNation, has appointed Robbie Bell as its new CFO. Robbie spent almost 10 years in a similar role at Screwfix and joins the Group from Holland & Barrett, where he was also CFO, having held similar roles at Welcome Break and a number of large retailers.

Weatherite Air Conditioning has promoted Michael Boyles to sales director, where he will drive sales strategy and manage a team of 10 people, consisting of direct sales, agents and support personnel. He will continue to oversee the company’s key accounts including JLP, Waitrose, Tesco and M&S.

Showering specialist Lakes has named two new area sales managers. Alex Wilson (pictured) will be working with customers in the North West while Carol Wilson will be looking after the North East. With a combined 40 years experience, Alex and Carol will focus on sustainable business growth and customer service goals.
