Santa Paws is Coming to Town! Dress your furry friend in their best holiday outfit and come out for pictures with Santa Claus. Treats and refreshments will be available for both dogs and their owners. Photos will be available for download the following week. DEC 11 SANTA’S SLEIGH 5K - #5 RUN THE FUN! 5K SERIES
It’s time to get into the holiday spirit! Join us in your finest ugly holiday sweaters, Santa suits, and festive attire to celebrate the season! Hot cocoa, music, giveaways, and more! The beautifully forested 5K course on the Nathan Chapman Memorial Trail is very flat and stroller friendly. Pegistration includes a race bib and Santa’s Sleigh 5K keepsake medal! The 5K course is USATF certified and chip timed. Pre-register only. No day of race registration. • •

DEC 11 ASHFORD ELF HUNT
After a trip to Mount Rainier, Santa’s elves are continuing their expedition at Ashford Park, and we need your help to ensure they make it back to the North Pole before Christmas! Come out and enjoy some hot chocolate and freshly popped popcorn while you search Ashford Park for these adventurous elves. Return them to our staff on site, and receive a goody bag of fun as a reward! This event will be held rain, snow, or shine. AGE: All Ages LOCATION Ashford Park

DEC 17 CANDY CANE HUNT
It’s a rumor that Santa will be leaving candy canes around Cross Park! Come join us as we prepare for the big hunt with cocoa, crafts and decorations. Please bring your own flashlight. Bring a bag or decorate one at the community center. Candy canes will be limited.
