• Pull as close as you can to the vehicle in front of you, set the parking brake, turn off the engine and headlights. Wait until traffic around you has stopped before opening your vehicle doors.

The trip between Steilacoom and Anderson Island is about 3.5 miles and takes approximately 30 minutes. Departures from Ketron Island are by reservation only.

• Do not start your vehicle until directed by the crew. • Walk-on passengers must wait in the designated waiting areas until directed by ferry crew to go aboard or ashore. • Steilacoom terminal parking with valid disability ID only. No terminal parking while ferry is loading or unloading.

• Vehicle length is measured from the furthest protruding point at the front and/or top of the vehicle to the furthest protruding point at the rear and/or top of the vehicle and trailer. • Vehicles over 8.5 ft. wide will be charged twice the normal rate • Ferry crew can help with measurements before you buy tickets. • Vehicles over 8.5 ft. wide, 14 ft. high, and 80 ft. long must contact the ferry operator in advance. • Youth (ages 6-18) may be required to show valid ID. • Senior citizens (age 65+) must show valid photo ID. • Passengers with a disability must show a Regional Reduced Fare Permit, ADA Paratransit Card, or Medicare Card. • ADA placards and Military VA cards are not acceptable forms of ID.
