TheLorraineAveandTowerRd WaterlineExtensionisnowupand running!Gettingherehasbeen quitethejourney,butwe'rethrilled toannouncethateverythingis flowingsmoothly.
Firstthingsfirst,wehadtogivethe waterlineagoodflush.Athorough cleansingprocesswherewesenta whopping2½timesthepipeline's capacityworthofwaterthroughit. That'sover100,000gallonsofH2O! Alltomakesureourpipelinewas squeakycleanandproperly disinfected,withchlorinelevelsjust rightforsafety.
Afterthatrefreshingrinse,weransometeststomakesureeverythingwasgoodto go.Andguesswhat?Allsystemswerea-okay!So,onFebruary26th,weofficially hookedupournewwaterlinetotheexistingone.
