JOB VACANCY | PRODUCTION AND COMMUNICATION Deadline: 27th August, Monday (11:59 PM GMT+8) Ponte 9 – Creative Platform opens a vacancy for the integration of a producer and communications manager that is to carry out the organization and promotion of the platform’s internal and external activities, from its financing to planning, development and execution, taking care of external relations with partners, audiences, sponsors and the press. MAIN TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES — Events production (exhibitions, conferences, symposiums, performances, festivals, among others): planning projects, fundraising, sponsorships, setup support, reporting. — In-house production: participation in the development of Ponte 9’s expansion projects; administrative support to resident companies, database management, support to equipment and space’s maintenance. — Communication: planning; online platforms (websites and social media); press relations; mailing; content writing; distribution; clipping. — External relations: local partnerships; media partnerships; audiences’ outreach; audiences’ management; supplier management. — Management: support to human resources’ management; budgeting and treasury. REQUIREMENTS — Bachelor's and Master's degree (preferably) in Communication/Public Relations or Cultural Management (other areas of training are eligible through proven professional experience) — Minimum of 3 years of experience in developing cultural projects and/or management of similar projects — Proficient knowledge of English and Portuguese, both spoken and written — Proficient use of Office (word, excel) and project management software — Domain of web platforms of e-mail marketing (Mailchimp) and social media (facebook, instagram, linkedin, twitter) — Existence of a history of success in applying for financing is valued — Use of image editing tools (Photoshop and Indesign) is valued — Domain of Cantonese is valued KEY SKILLS | PROFILE — Excellent project management and organizational skills — Excellent oral and written expression and communication capabilities — Interpersonal ability, guided by empathy and good faith — Collaborative team spirit — Proactivity, pragmatism and polyvalence — Sense of responsibility and autonomy — Assiduous and punctual
